Killer Mike, definitely no newcomer to the rap game, releases his 6th best claimed LP to date, titled R.A.P. Music. With ONLY 1500 limited copies of white vinyl being made available on the Presidential Election Day, Tuesday Nov. 6, the album actually dropped earlier this year on iTunes + CDs. Now w/his boastful “Reagan” single getting the animated treatment by video director Daniel Garcia here above, Killer Mike raps some truth about the red, white n’ blue lies that a resurrected President Ronald Wilson Reagan (6 6 6) drops in a televised broadcast to the nation, or is it to the illuminati? Why aren’t more influential rappers rapping about stuff like this? Ummm… The video condenses our world into a cute, cartoon-like simplicity, ALMOST making the scary reality sort of entertaining. Who am I kiddin’? SO entertaining! But when U absorb the depth of all his lyrics depicted so visually incredible before he drops his bombshell ‘last 4 words’ - you’ll feel more at ease as to why so many youths today aren’t just too lazy to vote, but just feel it’s hopeless voting. After all, w/videos like this, it solidifies our belief: voting is choosing between the two lesser evils.
